  1. Agreement to Terms
    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CleanCall Booking LLC ("CleanCall," "we," "us," or "our") website, software, and services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
  2. Description of Services
    CleanCall provides automated missed-call detection and SMS messaging services designed to help businesses capture customer inquiries, bookings, and callback requests. We do not guarantee increased revenue, bookings, or customer response rates.
  3. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of a business to use our Services.
  4. SMS Messaging & Consent
    By using our Services and providing a phone number, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consent from your customers to receive automated SMS messages as required by law. You also consent to receive automated SMS messages from CleanCall related to: Service setup, Account notifications, Missed call alerts, Operational updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
  5. User Responsibilities
    You agree to: Provide accurate and current information; Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws (including TCPA); Not use the Services for spam, harassment, or unlawful messaging; Maintain customer consent records when applicable. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent using the Services.
  6. Fees & Payments
    Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be disclosed prior to purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
  7. Service Availability
    We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service outages, carrier delays, or third-party failures may occur.
  8. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for: Violation of these Terms, Misuse of SMS messaging, Legal or compliance concerns. You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 30 days.
  10. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CleanCall Booking LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from: Your use of the Services, SMS messages sent on your behalf, Failure to obtain proper customer consent.
  11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
